1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless plas77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity right, confidentiality right, property right, or privacy right; (d) any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party; or (e) any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity engaged in by you. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of plas77 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum. 12.2 Severability

12.4 Assignment

12.5 Force Majeure
